Risely is a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a Paid Social Manager to help our clients thrive through paid social channels. Our team is fully remote, and we welcome candidates from across the United States. This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate’s preference, with the option for contractor work outside of Texas.
The compensation will depend on experience and background. You can work from anywhere in the U.S., with flexible working hours.
Responsibilities
As a Paid Social Manager, you will drive success for our clients by managing and optimizing their paid social campaigns, primarily through Meta Ads.
- Develop and execute paid social strategies across Facebook and Instagram, ensuring that client campaigns are well-targeted and optimized for performance.
- Manage day-to-day paid social activities, including campaign creation, monitoring, and optimization.
- Identify new paid social strategies and implement them to benefit clients.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting strategies, and formats, analyze the results, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights for strategy refinement.
- Collaborate with the Creative and CRO teams to continuously improve ad performance.
- Stay current with the latest trends in the paid social landscape, particularly within Meta platforms, and apply best practices.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Work with clients to understand their goals and customize campaigns to meet their specific needs.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad formats, and optimization strategies within Meta platforms.
- Proficiency in analyzing paid social data and making strategic decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Experience using Facebook Ads Manager and related tools for campaign creation and management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, with strong time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on client-facing interactions.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Passion for staying updated on the latest paid social trends and best practices.
