Getting Started
Once you sign the agreement and make your first payment, we schedule your onboarding call within the next week. During onboarding, we gather access to your accounts (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, etc.), conduct initial audits, and align on priorities. Most clients see us actively working on their account within 7-10 days of signing.
We strive to make the process as hands-off as possible while maintaining open communication. Your account manager handles the day-to-day execution so you can focus on running your business. That said, this is a true partnership. We do not recommend a set it and forget it approach. We will need your input during the first 90 days especially, and our goal after that is to work async with you and your team through monthly meetings and regular updates.

Pricing & Contracts
Our typical retainer ranges from $2,000 to $5,000 per month depending on the scope of services and number of locations. For Google Ads management, we charge a flat monthly fee rather than a percentage of ad spend. This keeps pricing simple and removes any incentive for us to push you to spend more on ads than necessary. We will give you a custom quote based on your specific situation during our discovery call.
We typically require a 6 or 12 month minimum commitment depending on the services. SEO in particular takes time to show results, and we want to make sure we have enough runway to deliver real value. After the initial term, the agreement moves to month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel. We keep clients because we deliver results, not because they are locked into a contract.
We cannot guarantee specific rankings or lead numbers because digital marketing involves too many variables outside our control such as your competitors, Google algorithm changes, and market conditions. What we can guarantee is our commitment to delivering the best possible outcomes, transparent reporting, and proactive communication. Our 46 month average client retention speaks to our track record.
We handle this on a case-by-case basis. For local SEO in competitive markets, we generally avoid conflicts where an existing client dominates that space. If a small carrier wanted to compete for the same keywords as one of our long-term clients who already dominates that market, we would be transparent about the situation. However, in industries like warehousing or different service verticals, there is often room for multiple clients without direct conflict.

SEO is a long-term strategy where we optimize your website and online presence to show up in the free organic search results and Google Maps. It takes 3-6 months to see meaningful results, but the leads are essentially free once you rank. Google Ads is pay-per-click advertising where you pay Google for each click to your website. Results are faster, often within days or weeks, but you are paying for every lead. Most clients benefit from both working together.
Absolutely. If you have a website you are happy with, we can work with your existing developer to implement our SEO recommendations and content. We will provide the strategy, content, and technical guidance, and they can handle the implementation. That said, we have a full-time developer and designer on staff if you need website work done directly.

It depends on the service. For Google Ads, you can see leads within days or weeks, though optimization takes a few months. For SEO, expect 3-6 months before seeing meaningful movement, and 6-12 months to really evaluate the strategy. Results vary by industry competitiveness and your starting point. We focus on metrics that actually matter to your business such as qualified phone calls, form submissions, and revenue growth rather than vanity metrics like traffic or rankings alone. We strongly recommend call tracking software like CallRail to attribute every lead to its source. We provide monthly reports and monthly meetings to review what is working, what is not, and what we are doing about it.
You receive a comprehensive monthly report covering all active services along with a monthly strategy meeting with your account manager. Reports include lead volume and sources, ranking changes, website traffic, Google Ads performance, and specific actions we took that month.
