Risely is a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our team and support our continued growth. Our team is fully remote, and we welcome candidates from across the United States. This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate’s preference, and we are open to contractor work for individuals based outside of Texas.

The compensation will depend on experience and background. You can work from anywhere in the U.S., with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will help our clients generate leads through Google Ads. You’ll handle everything from setting up campaigns to conversion rate optimization and tracking performance.

  • Create and manage Google and Bing Ads campaigns, including ad copy, keywords, and setup.
  • Optimize existing campaigns by improving ads, adding negative keywords, and adjusting bids/budgets to maximize lead generation.
  • Set up goals and call tracking software using tools like GA4 and CallRail to ensure end-to-end lead tracking.
  • Review landing pages and offer recommendations for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Provide clients with monthly reports detailing campaign performance and growth.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of direct experience working on Google Ads.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with all types of digital advertising, including search, display, social, and remarketing.
  • Ability to create reporting based on KPIs and goals in tools like Looker Studio.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Familiarity with call tracking software, such as CallRail.
  • A passion for continuous learning and personal growth.
