Risely is a fast growing digital marketing agency looking for an Account Manager to help us continue our incredible growth. The team is 100% remote and this role is available to anyone in North America.


This is a part-time contract role with the potential to be full-time in the future for the right candidate. The compensation will depend on experience and background. You can work from anywhere in North America.

The Account Manager will be responsible for helping our clients grow.

  1. Being the point of contact for a group of Risely clients
  2. Understanding business goals and KPIs
  3. Holding monthly and quarterly check-ins
  4. Preparing presentations and reports to show progress
  5. Partnering with clients to develop creative growth campaigns
  6. Managing onboarding from beginning to end

This role involves a wide range of digital marketing and customer service skills including:

  1. Desire to provide incredible customer service
  2. Great time management skills
  3. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time
  4. Understanding of all types of advertising including search, display, social, and remarketing
  5. Ability to create reporting based on KPIs and goals
  6. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
  7. Familiarity with call tracking software like CallRail
  8. Passion for learning and growth
