Risely is a fast-growing digital marketing agency seeking a Local SEO Specialist to support our clients’ growth in their local markets. Our team is fully remote, and this role is open to candidates worldwide. We offer flexibility, whether full-time or part-time.

Compensation will depend on experience and background.

Responsibilities

As a Local SEO Specialist, you will help our clients increase their visibility in local search results across various platforms, including Google Maps, Bing Maps, and Apple Maps.

• Optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) with accurate information and regular updates.
• Implement on-page SEO strategies for local search optimization.
• Execute off-page SEO tactics like link-building and guest posting.
• Manage local citations to ensure accurate NAP consistency.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for rankings improvement.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using industry tools.
• Implement and track GBP posts, Q&A, and customer reviews.
• Troubleshoot GBP issues like suspensions and duplicate listings.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and SEO trends.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of Local SEO experience with a proven track record.
• Expertise in Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization.
• Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, including citations.
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix is a plus.
• Self-motivated and proactive in a remote work environment.
